The nutrition contents in the breast milk during the breast feeding are different and vary. The contents of fat to in the early minutes are low, then it will increase until the last minutes. If mother stop the breast feeding process before the right time, then her baby will lack of fat and will soon feel hungry.

If the breast feeding is scheduled, then the breast milk production will decrease within three months. The breast-feeding activity will stimulate prolaktin hormone, the hormone that produce the breast milk. The more often you give the breast milk, the larger amount of prolaktin will be produced. If a mother rarely breast feeding her baby then her body will automatically reduce prolaktin production.

When a baby asks for breast feeding it doesn’t only mean that he is hungry. He or she also needs the emotional need to be loved and protected.
