The Baby BedTime – Just like a growing up human, babies are also need the enough time to sleep.  This is base on their needs and it is suitable with their age.

The newborn baby, generally need the time to sleep about 16 until 20 hours per day. when their age entering 2 until 12 months, their sleep necessary decreases, it is about 9 until 12 hours per day and when their ages step more 12 months until 3 years, their sleep necessary will increasing up to 12 until 13 hours per day.

Several things can affect the baby sleep quality, therefore their will often wake up. There several reasons such as the physic problem like hungry and thirsty, disturbances from tooth, ears, skins, dissolved channel, respiratory, urine channel, muscle or their bone.

Beside that, the children development stage, the education pattern, the temperament, the activities and environment factor is the other reason that causes their sleep quality in the night has upset.

In order to make your baby keep on sleeping on the night, the better way is sleeps your baby not a bed with you or sleeps them in the different bed.

For the baby, the meaning of sleep is not only a rest but also should have quality. This is important to their growths process. When their sleep, it is the top activities time and body cells regeneration and brain development process.

The babies which is get enough sleep times, usually has characteristics sleeps easier in the night and do not need siesta more than their growth necessary.
