A mother claimed to use LAM method (Lactational Amenorrhoe Methode) or contraception way through giving exclusive breast feeding if they fulfill some of criteria below:

1. The mother who gives exclusive breast feeding, which means all of milk necessary come from breast milk only. The mother will give their baby every time they need either evening or night, and give breast milk every 4 hours in the evening and every 6 hours in the night. Breast feeding the baby exclusively is when the baby does not get additional supporting food or additional food.

2. The mother does not experience menstruation again. Once a mother get menstruation, it means that she started her ovulation process when ovum in maturity process.
